As a small business, I didn't consider creating a "solid" internship program a viable option. When this  was proposed - I was interested in what Inclusive Links could offer a company of our size. I am very pleased, with the implementation of our internship program from the "think tank" process to program fruition. We consistently have a great pool of students to select from each year and we have sucessfully converted three graduating interns.
